It can be anything you would like feedback on from stage performances, to classwork, to studio rehearsals. Full classes will not be critiqued and should be limited to something specific you would like guidance on.
Any type of performance video will work. When recording classwork or studio rehearsals try to record landscape so the most information possible can be seen on camera.
