Are you a dancer who wants to improve their turnout, extensions, turns, jumps, and balance? The Ballet Strong Skills workout pack will help you to do exactly that! Each week for 5 weeks you will unlock a new guided workout video designed to improve one of these skills through specialised exercises designed by former professional ballet dancer and fitness professional Shane Wuerthner. What you get: Week 1: Turnout Week 2: Extensions Week 3: Pirouettes Week 4: Jumps Week 5: Core On the first day of each week the new video will be released and steps will be added to each day of the program to ensure you stay consistent and complete the program. Once you complete the program there will be an opportunity to have a discussion with our Ballet Strong Coaches about what the next steps are for your strength development.
