In this one of a kind event we will explore the unique ways in which dancers defy anatomy to create the exquisite art of Ballet.

Over the course of the workshop we will explore the muscles of the body and find ways to activate them the way a dancer needs to. Through visual demonstrations and specific, one of a kind exercises, we will help dancers of all ages to develop heightened body awareness and understanding.
