This 3-day intensive is designed for dancers preparing for upcoming performances, assessments, and competitions who want to refine both their technique and mental performance edge.
Led by Shane Wuerthner—former principal artist with the Vienna State Opera, San Francisco Ballet, and Queensland Ballet, and founder of Athletistry—this workshop goes beyond traditional training. It’s about learning how to perform under pressure, not just rehearse.
