Children’s Workshop (Ages 7–9)

The best time to build strong foundations is now.

The habits young dancers form in their first years of serious training shape everything that follows. This workshop gives children aged 7–9 the clearest, most purposeful start possible.

Rather than simply copying shapes and hoping they stick, children in this workshop begin to understand how alignment, coordination, and movement actually work. That understanding builds confidence, reduces the risk of early injuries, and gives every correction a foundation it can actually build on.
