Many young dancers are told to stretch more, turn out harder, and try again.

But very few are ever taught how their body actually works.

The Athletistry Junior Workshop introduces dancers to a smarter way of training. Instead of simply copying shapes, dancers learn how to control their body, how strength supports technique, and how alignment creates clean movement.
