Ballet Strong Ultimate Workshop Sunshine Coast

Our workshop event of the year is going on tour to the Sunshine Coast

This is our best workshop bringing all of our top workshops altogether for a totally immersive experience.

By the end of the day your young dancer will be equipped with th essential knowledge and skills to take their dance training, conditioning, and skills to the next level.

The day will start at 11am with a 1.5 hour anatomy workshop. This won't just be any old boring lecture. All dancers will recieve a follow along workbook and we will help them design their own workout to enhance, and develop their muscles correctly for dance. 

After lunch we will have a 2.5 hour ballet class designed to help students improve turnout, extensions, jumps and turns. This class will also draw heavily on the imformation learned in the morning part of the workshop and will help dancers to understand…
