Junior Workshop (Ages 8–11)

Strong technique starts with understanding Young dancers are often told to point harder, turn out more, and keep trying. But very few are ever shown how their body actually creates those movements.

The Athletistry Junior Workshop gives dancers a smarter foundation. Instead of simply copying shapes, dancers begin to understand how alignment, strength, and coordination work together to create better ballet technique.

When young dancers learn this early, training becomes clearer, progress becomes more consistent, and technique becomes something they can build with confidence over time.
