The Athletistry Junior Workshop is where young dancers build the habits, focus, and body awareness that set them up for a lifetime of confident movement.

Led by Shane Wuerthner, former principal artist with the Vienna State Opera, San Francisco Ballet, and Queensland Ballet, this workshop blends ballet technique, strength, and mindset into a fun and empowering learning experience.

What to Expect

• Dynamic Warm-Up & Strength WorkFun, structured movement games and bodyweight exercises that build coordination, control, and balance.Dancers learn how their muscles work and how to use them safely — without pressure or perfectionism.
