This is a full ballet training week designed to help young dancers finally understand their technique.Each day includes (1) Anatomy Lesson, (2) Strength & Conditioning, (3) Full Ballet Class, and (4) Centre Work applying the anatomy focus.

This is the same structure used in Shane’s New Zealand workshops where dancers experienced huge breakthroughs in turnout, balance, extensions, and confidence.
